Scholarships were provided to the students

On March 13, the ceremony of presenting the scholarship of the Azerbaijan Union of Free Trade Unions of the Education Workers of Azerbaijan was held as a result of the winter examination session of the 2018-2019 academic year and the graduates of the trade union.
The event was attended by chairman of the the Azerbaijani
Public Council for Educational Workers of Free Trade Unions Sattar Mohbaliyev.
The chairman spoke about the state youth policy
implemented in Azerbaijan. He noted that the Azerbaijan Union of Free Trade
Unions of the Education Workers of Azerbaijan organizes various intellectual
games and sports competitions. More than 220 students from low-income families
are provided with free meals each year by the Republican Committee. Then,
according to the results of the summer examination session, the Republican
Committee of the scholarship was presented to the students of the higher
education institution (61 people), who is an excellent and professional union
activist. Note
that, in 1995 the Republican Committee's scholarship was established to
increase students' interest in science and education. Since then, 2707 students have benefited from this
scholarship in higher education institutions in winter and summer.
